Coach Glenis brings a rare combination of analytical precision, executive leadership, international business experience, and behavioral insight to her work with women leaders.
She earned her B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Michigan and her M.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she also published research in the Journal of Medical Physics. She began her career in the analytical instrumentation industry and rose to serve as Vice President for Customer Service & Support, leading people, solving complex challenges, and navigating high-level decision-making in a demanding technical environment.
After moving to Florida, Glenis founded her own international company, GlenTech Services, where for more than 20 years she installed analytical instruments, trained scientists and university professors in the use of advanced scientific instrumentation, supported clients across multiple countries, and spoke at conferences around the world.
Through that work, she developed not only deep technical expertise, but also a clear understanding of leadership, communication, client relationships, and the human dynamics that influence performance and results.

Today, as a Certified DISC Personality Profile Analyst and Behavioral Consultant, Coach Glenis helps women leaders understand their strengths, blind spots, communication patterns, and decision-making tendencies so they can lead with greater clarity, confidence, and effectiveness.
She also equips them to better understand and respond to others, strengthening relationships, team communication, and leadership influence.
She is also a Kingdom Builders Academy Certified Coach, where she mentors and trains other entrepreneurs and coaches through leadership calls and one-to-one strategy sessions.
