✅ Review the questionnaires you'll complete before your Health & Lifestyle Audit
✅ Explain how to prepare for your audit
✅ Answer any questions you have

There is nothing you need to complete before your onboarding session.
Simply come ready to:

Your Journey Begins Here
After your onboarding session, you'll begin completing your personalized wellness assessments inside your private portal.
These questionnaires will help me gain a comprehensive understanding of your health history, lifestyle, habits, and wellness goals so I can prepare for your in-depth Health & Lifestyle Audit.
Once those assessments are complete, I'll let you know exactly when and how to submit your laboratory results for review.
