Coach Glenis has dedicated over three decades to advocating conservative health management through nutrition, exercise, and stress management. After facing a sudden 28-pound weight gain during menopause, she intensified her efforts, exploring alternative paths alongside her late husband—a retired chiropractor and nutritionist. After earning a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Michigan and an M.S. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where I published two papers in the Journal of Medical Physics, after designing an instrument to detect breast cancer, I enjoyed a successful career in the analytical instrument industry, becoming Vice-President for Customer Service & Support. Later, I founded GlenTechServices, training scientists globally and speaking at international conferences for over 20 years. 📚🌍

In 2008, after retiring alongside my husband, a chiropractor and nutritionist, we dedicated ourselves to traveling, volunteering, and leading Bible studies. Before I started working with Coach Glenis, I was struggling with my weight, trying to stay under 190 lbs at 5’9”. I felt frustrated and self-conscious. Deep down, I still wanted to dance, dress up, and socialize like I used to, but I lacked the confidence. I longed to feel like my old self again.
When I joined her wellness program, I started slowly. One of the first things I tried was her seed milk drink 3 times a day, and to my surprise, I saw results right away! That gave me the motivation to fully commit to her meal plan and suggested habits. While I wasn’t perfect in following everything to the letter, I began eating better, going to bed earlier 💤, and prioritizing quality sleep.
I also started walking barefoot on the grass 🌱 in the early mornings, walking 2 miles several times a week 🚶♀️, and joined a chair and swim exercise class once a week 🏊♀️.
