This is a continuation of our 90-day program Lifestyle Maintenance to keep looking and feeling younger than our age.
Between the end of our 90-day program, May 17th and June 28th (6 weeks). I will offer you a Bonus 1:1 session. I will ask you to fill out the questionnaires again and we will compare with your original data:

- Health Appraisal
- It shows in your face.
- Genetic code
- Describe what you eat now on a typical 3-day
And we will revise your Goal setting 1-3-5 on the wellness area and discuss how far you have come in your wellness journey.
In this dynamic coaching program, I will continue the third 90-day period where we will continue to implement the habits and lifestyle changes, we have learn in the last 6 months and add new additional habits to keep on looking and feeling younger than our chronological age.
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
- 2- one to-one sessions with me. One at the beginning and the second one at the end of the 90-days.
- Daily E-mails Monday-Friday) with pertinent new topics or digging deeper on topics already covered.
- Weekly Group Coaching on Zoom for 60 minutes with presentations, Q & A, etc:
- Do a 1-3-5 wellness goal setting exercise for the next 90-days, 6 months and a year from now.
- How long does it take to change a habit, on average 66 days, how do we make it a lifestyle?
- Accountability to continue implementing the lifestyle changes we have introduced in the previous coaching programs.
- One new recipe weekly
- Hindrances to healing
- Visualization techniques to be healthy.
- Exercises on how to renew our minds to be healthy.
- Exercise on pouring out our heart to the Lord to receive His: peace, forgiveness, joy, etc.
- Benefits of laughter for healing
- Declarations over our lives and body for healing
- Detoxing our environment to help us heal.
- Learn how to do Circulatory therapy.
- Keeping a Journal to keep track of progress, doubts, thoughts.
- How to celebrate accomplishments
- What is your food daily requirements based on blood test, questionnaires, weight, genetic code, disease predisposition.
- Calculate your Basic Metabolic rate.
- Do body type (long torso-short leg, short torso-long leg, even distribution, etc) exercise to recognize stubborn areas for each body type
- Beauty products that are essential for keeping our skin looking young
