Here is an outline of each session for the 12 weeks:
What would we be covering during our group coaching for 12-weekly group sessions?
- Q& A
- A 25-minute PowerPoint presentation
- Exercises to complete during the session
Session #1: Overview of what we will be covering during the 12-week and also an Introduction to the DISC Personality Assessment. You will have your assessment results with you to refer to during the presentation.
Session #2: We will do 2 exercises to validate your Personality Traits based on your personal assessment results. (worksheets & handouts will be sent previously to the session)
Session #3: We will do one last exercise on validating your profile results & we will go over Notes on each personality traits
Session #4: Answer questions on the notes on each personality and a PowerPoint on What to observe to quickly identify a personโs primary personality style.
Session #5: PowerPoint explaining the two outgoing personalities in Detail D types and I type:
- Strengths (under control and out of control)
- What vocations and careers are they best at
- What they like, and dislike, who they are, and how they want you to be
- How do they make decisions
Session #6: PowerPoint explaining the two reserved personalities in Detail S types and C type:
- Strengths (under control and out of control)
- What vocations and careers are they best at
- What they like, and dislike, who they are, and how they want you to be
- How do they make decisions
Session #7: PowerPoint covering Personality Quotient and how to raise it for each personality trait. Will assign homework to fill out the 6 Basic Needs questionnaire.
Session #8: We will cover 3 of the 6 basic Human needs and go over everyone's answers
Session #9: We will cover the last 3 of 6 basic Human Needs. Assignment to figure out if your 3 top basic needs are being met or not.
Session #10: We will continue with DISC on a PowerPoint covering Individual Personality Dynamics with exercises to discover:
- Your basic style according to your assessment results: act, wants, fears and response
- Your basic priority perspective according to your assessment results: power, people, procedure or predictability
- Your basic decision-making style according to your assessment results: pace, perspective and priority
Session #11: We will continue with DISC on a PowerPoint covering Individual Personality Dynamics with exercises to:
- Understanding your communication style according to your assessment results: (verbal and non-verbal)
- Clarifying your style blend characteristics.
Session #12: Q & A and what you have learned about yourself and others and how your relationships have improved in the last 12 weeks.
It will also include two individual 60 minutes one-to-one coaching sessions via Zoom for each participant with several handouts and interactive guides to cover any personal struggles or how to apply what we are learning to your day-to-day interpersonal relationships.
