WHAT’S INCLUDED:

In this dynamic coaching program, I will continue the original 90-day program for a second 90-days where we will add more new habits to keep on looking and feeling younger than our biological age.

  • Weekly group coaching Zoom meetings with a 20-minute teaching plus Q & A to include:
    • Stretch your body (will teach technique)
    • Daily Thermal therapy
    • Daily Circulatory Therapy
    • Exercise (physical activity) at least 20 minutes 3x/week - will show which ones to do
    • Techniques to diminish stress
    • Meditation and prayer
    • Easy tips to sneak short, easy exercises into your day
    • How to incorporate antinutrients in your diet
    • Recommend some fruits and vegetables to add according to your genetic code (arterial, venous, or micro-circulatory) according to glycemic index and color.
    • Tips on
      • How to order the healthiest food in restaurants: Italian, French, Indian, Chinese, American, etc.)
      • How to get better quality sleep
      • Stick to your healthy routine while travelling
      • What to do before you go to party to minimize overeating
      • How to survive the holidays
      • What to do the day after you blew your diet plan
  • Keeping a Journal to keep track of progress, doubts, thoughts
  • How to celebrate accomplishments
  • Continue to use the word of God to help us accomplish mindset changes to get healthier
  • Additional resources such as:
    • What vitamins and minerals to take.
    • Tips on getting better quality sleep
    • Tips on what to eat and supplements to help balance hormones
    • We will fill out the Code questionnaire, symptom diagnosis, etc. to evaluate improvement.
    • New weekly recipes
    • New shake recipes
    • More emails covering the benefits or more ingredients used in our recipes.

  • At the end of the 90-days, you will be asked to repeat the original blood work and complete the initial questionnaires to measure progress.
